14. How can I start the service?

1)
Register for connectTALK
- Go to www.connecttalk.com
- Making 3 steps of registrations as follows:
- Create your personal user name and password
- Fill in one-time password received from SMS from a mobile number defined when creating user name
- Completely fill in a registration form

- Waiting for a confirmation e-mail from an officer of ConnectTALK
|
2) After finishing registration for ConnectTALK, download ConnectTALK Softphone to install in your computer and thoroughly follow the instruction
- 3 channels for downloading
- www.connecttalk.com
- Select continue download after finishing a registration
- In the section of account after log in username and password

- Install connetTALK until finished
|
3) Open program ConnectTALK Softphone then, fill in username and password, then press OK to access the service. |

15. How to use ConnectTALK on a computer via ConnetTALK SoftPhone (vdo)

After softphone is installed, you can begin as follows:

- Open program ConnectTALK by go to Menu start select program, then select ConnectTALK
- Setting Internet connection
- Fill in username and password
- Press Login to enter a program
- After accessing the program, you can only make a free call to other online users on computers but you have to top up your credit if you would like to call to other people.

16. How to set Internet connection of ConnectTALK Softphone by selecting Connection Settings at ConnectTALK (Set only once when first accessing)

| To access ConnectTALK Softphone, Internet must be disconnected by entering Internet Explore (IE) before using ConnectTALK Softphone. Program setting is divided according to Internet technologies as follows: |
| |
1) Via WiFi at homes or offices, you can use the program without connection settings , only entering any webpages before log in
2) Via Aircard or dial through mobiles, the process is the same as using WiFi because ConnectTALK is a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) technology of which Sound quality depends on the quality of Internet. Talking can be delayed if using aircard in the low signal area or crowded with lots of GPRS/Edge users.
3) Via proxy at your offices, connection settings must be done. Generally, proxy setting will be different from one company to another. You have to ask for more information from the computer department of your company about the number of IP and port. IP of computers can not interchangeably used instead of IP of proxy. You can find out proxy and port number as follows:

17. How to use ConnectCALL (vdo)

- Type a wanted username and press Call when calling among ConnectTALK from computers to computers.
- Call to a number in Thailand, press country code (66) then followed by a calling number and press Call (668XXXXXXXX)
For example 0819123456, press 66819123456 and press Call
- For international call, press a country code + a calling number and press Call

19. How to register for an international number rental service
Registration can be done in two ways as follows:

Select the country where your friend lives in.

• Fill in your friend's name and international number , and select save, Personal Number will automatically arranged for you
• Fill in your friend's e-mail to send an e-mail to inform that he or she can call to your personal number with local rate of that country. |

Select Business Number and follow the following instruction: |

• Select the country where your friend lives.
• Select area code of people who will call to your rented number (if any)
• Select your favorite Business Number of that country
• Fill in your friend's e-mail to send an e-mail to inform that he or she can call to your business number with local rate of that country. |

20. How to use an international rented number
| |
| Only register for Personal Number/Business Number, then log on ConnectTALK Softphone on your computer, you can unlimitedly pick up your friends' call via ConnectTALK Softphone without any payment. |

21. How to use Forward Call to Mobile
| |
| When
you register for Personal Number/Business Number but you
are inconvenient to pick up via computers, you can forward
all calls to AIS mobiles. Go to Icon Call Forward in ConnectTALK
Softphone or accessing www.connecttalk.com ,fill
in your username and password, select menu configurations->
call forwarding , then fill in a forward-to number , a country
code must firstly be defined and followed by a mobile number
as shown- 668XXXXXXXX ,for example, 0819123456 will become
66819123456. You can use this service with AIS mobile only
with the rate 1 baht/minute (Exclude VAT) |

Forwarding to a call only in Thailand. In case of going abroad with a mobile that forward call is still in use, forward call rate will not be 1 baht/minute (Exclude VAT) but it will depend on the rate of a destination country see other countries' rate |

23. What should be done when forgetting a password?

24. Can I change my password for a security reason?

| All users can change your password by logging in to your Account and go to configurations, select Change Password, fill in an old password in Old Password and fill in a new password in New Password and confirm again in Confirm Password. Users should be responsible for protecting your own account.

| All users can check their credit via ConnectTALK Softphone and www.connecttalk.com
in Check balance (Username and password must firstly be filled.) |

26. Are there any warnings before running out of total money?
| |
| All users have to be responsible for checking their total money or credit. When you run out of total money, your mobile can not automatically be used without prior warnings.

27. Can I use my old account if I use a computer from an Internet cafe?

there are a credit in your account and ConnectTALK Softphone

28. What are the main causes when ConnectTALK Softphone can not be signed up?

- Internet is not connected.
- Parameter is not set for Internet connection
- Incorrect username and password
- Firewall Infected from other places.

29. Why is voice or sign still delayed or unclear when using ConnectTALK?
| |
| It depends mainly on Internet speed. If Internet network is used by lots of people, the speed will automatically decrease.
