6. Calling rate of each country is divided into two types: standard and special, with an area code.
Standard rate will be counted when calling to a standard area code and special rate will be counted when calling
to a special area code as defined in the following table. After pressing a country code, if standard area code
and special area code are not defined in any countries, the rate will equally be counted for every area under
each country code.
